A click on this link in Google leads to an “Internet Speedway” over there. Add to those systems an uncountable number of E-books. Sometimes there almost seems to be as many internet marketing programs as there are internet marketers! Someone who is just getting started can easily feel overwhelmed.
Two of the bigger names that keep showing up are Profit Lance and Wealthy Affiliate. Both websites advertise themselves as a course for beginning internet marketers. One has a sizable one-time purchase fee, whereas the other uses a smaller monthly membership fee. One gives you pre-made websites, while the other provides free web hosting and the simple-yet-dynamic SiteRubix website builder to create your own websites. Which one is the better choice for a beginning internet marketer? Should you even consider buying into either one at all? Should you consider buying into both?
Profit Lance advertises itself as “the best online marketing course.” Currently, it can be bought for a one-time fee of $ 77; there is no monthly membership or rebilling. The course includes E-books, articles, and videos, as well as “projects” you can do for homework. For example, a significant part of the course tells you how to generate traffic to a website using article marketing, Google ads, blogs, and social bookmarking networks. Now, Profit Lance provides you with several websites already set up! The amount of resources offered is staggering, and it can be somewhat overwhelming for the complete novice. Wealthy Affiliate also requires a monthly membership, currently priced at $ 29.95. Not only does Wealthy Affiliate provide you with free websites ready-to-go, they offer a terrific array of tools to help you get started. The SiteRubix website builder interface is easy and intuitive, and the monthly membership comes with free hosting. All you need to do is buy yourself a domain name from the likes of 1to1.com or GoDaddy, and then you can build yourself your own website customized to your own specifications. Wealthy Affiliate also has a mind-bogglingly useful forum, where you can talk with other marketers and share tips, secrets, and tricks. For the beginners, Wealthy Affiliate offers an 8-week action plan to help get all marketing newbies up to speed and into the game. While the sheer scope of tools and information offered by Wealthy Affiliate can be intimidating for the beginner, a marketer will find much more room to grow to an advanced level within the Wealthy Affiliate program than in the Profit Lance program; the interaction provided by Wealthy Affiliate’s forum alone will be worth the monthly membership fee to many budding marketers.
Both Profit Lance and Wealthy Affiliate are worthwhile products. If you are willing to spend the initial one-time $ 77 set-up fee, I would recommend first buying the Profit Lance system. Once you have mastered the basic concepts of internet marketing, you should then invest in the Wealthy Affiliate program. The only reason i can think of as to why people leave Wealthy Affiliate is due to the fact that Wealthy Affiliate is not an “over-hyped” community. I emphasize the ‘you’ part of that. Now, I could sit here, and write exactly why it is right for you, in other words, sales talk, but I’m not going to do that. I’m going to tell you what to expect, should you get a membership.
Big Surprise One: You should expect to put a lot of work it. Because here it is: Internet marketing is just like building a business. In fact, that’s just what it is. Business building. You probably know someone who has their own business, and that they have slaved for hours and hours over it, before they got anywhere with it.
GETTING RICH OVERNIGHT IS A DREAM. So put that thought right out of your head. The only way people can rake in the thousands overnight is with years of prep-work. These guys have already done the hard yards. They internet market because they enjoy it, and because the profit is very high. Have you heard of people on the net quitting their day job because they are making more money from the internet? I bet you have. These guys are quitting to work full time on their internet marketing jobs, doing probably as many hours, if not more, then their ‘proper job’ buddies.
So, the question, is Wealthy Affiliate for you, needs to be rephrased: Is internet marketing for you? Do you have the hours and commitment to make it work? I would suggest a minimum of 10 hours a week for newcomers. 15-20 if you want faster results.

Before I start dishing out inside information about Wealthy Affiliate, the very first thing I’m going to do is ask you a question, how much money have you wasted on “vice” products in your lifetime? I’m going to assume a lot. But, I guess that I could define what I mean by “vice” products for you as well.
I consider a vice product to be something, anything, that you do not actually have a need for to survive. Pretty broad definition there, huh? So, the things that would include would be as follows: anything considered an entertainment product, beauty products, unnecessarily expensive clothing products, unnecessarily expensive dinners, and I’m sure the list could go on.
Now, let me ask you again-how much money have you wasted on “vice” products? I’m sure the answer is going to be over the cost of a one month Wealthy Affiliate membership, so it doesn’t really matter how much you have wasted. It’s enough for me to make my point.
I spent a lot of time doing online research about the Wealthy Affiliate program, thinking this has to be a scam. It’s not. It took an entire month of reading and researching before I finally signed up for my membership account. It was the train of thought above that led to my decision. I’ve wasted far more than the cost of a website membership fee, so why not give it a shot?
I would have rather lost the amount of a monthly membership fee, than lose an opportunity of a lifetime. I’m still proud that I took that step. It’s been one of the few good decisions of my life. Sure, I had a friend introduce me to someone who was currently making enough that he could laugh at some of the people who chose an expensive four-year college rather than a small community college like he did. He actually never even progressed passed the level of an associate degree, yet he is now making more money than many of his graduated class that received “better educations.”
As for the promised inside information, the membership fee is a forty dollars a month and it’s worth far more than that-I would say three times as much. The free web hosting nearly covers the cost of that, and once you consider that you’re palling around with some of the best minds in internet marketing-Travis “Bum Marketing” Sago and “Pot Pie Girl”-the website immediately becomes nearly priceless. Plus, with just two sales your recurring commissions of fifty-percent of the monthly fee would pay for your own membership costs.

Is Wealthy Affiliate Right For You?
How do you know if something is right for you? You don’t really. At least not until actually use a product. If you’re interested in making money on the internet, you have probably heard about the Wealthy Affiliate University. But how do you know if Wealthy Affiliate is right for you? I will attempt to help you with this question.
First off, the University is just that, a University. There is no getting away from it. I have seen many people sucked in before, expecting to make money without any effort at all… not going to happen. As Thomas Edison once said “There is no substitute for hard work.” And he should know! So if you already have an idea in your head about whether or not you are prepared to put some effort in, then this should confirm that. The Wealthy Affiliate forum is full of people who have all arrived and are then disappointed when they find that they actually have to do something.
Secondly, the University is one which is well equipped. I am a firm believer that one could make money with any product out there, if one put the time and effort in. But, as with anything, varying degrees of success occur with different products. You’ve probably heard what Wealthy Affiliate claims to offer, and without a doubt, they make the boldest claims of any product out there today. Is it true? I’m not going to answer that, because a tool is only as good as as the person who uses it.
Thirdly, you may be spooked by that last bit. You might be interested in Wealthy Affiliate because it claims to teach new beginners. Yes, the tutorials are good, no, they will not make you millions on their own. And if you are thinking that I am banging on again about hard work, you’re right!
Is Wealthy Affiliate right for you? Probably. If you’re prepared to spend quite some time with it, asking questions, doing the tutorials, then you’re probably going to be OK. That’s my number one piece of advice for any person asking if it’s right for them. Answer that question honestly, and you’ll do fine.

Wealthy Affiliate University and the Gorilla
Gorillas don’t usually attend Wealthy Affiliate University. But in this case, there is an exception to the rule. OK, he’s not a real gorilla of course, and he even has a name.
Not only does he have a name, but he also has a sense of humor.
However, there might be a problem with his sense of humor. You see, he’s English. Which, of course, means that he has an English sense of humor. And he has that sense of humor in spades. One of the things he will get annoyed about is the way the word “humor” is spelled in America and the way it is spelled in England.
In the UK, it is spelled “humour”. Note the “u” in there at the end.
The gorilla thinks that if you don’t have room for u then it can’t possibly be very funny.
Maybe we should all get together and get the “u” thing all sorted out, after all, this gorilla is university educated. And at the Wealthy Affiliate University no less.
Why is this gorilla going to university in the first place? I’m glad you asked that.
Well, he’s going there to learn something just like anyone else would.
And what, pray tell, might any self respecting gorilla want to learn when he can help himself to whatever he wants? I mean, who is going to argue with a gorilla? Certainly not me.
You probably have that all figured out by now, after all, the name itself is a dead giveaway. The thing is, how is he doing at this? Not bad, I would say. Actually really quite well indeed. In fact, he has become so good that he is even teaching other gorilla’s as well.
If you have never thought about learning from a gorilla, now would be as good a time as any. Aw, come on, don’t tell me you’re not at least a little bit curious?

Wealthy Affiliate Review – Complaints, Opinions and Comments Regarding Wealthy Affiliate Platinum
Wealthy Affiliate is an online university whose aim is to educate its members in the arena of creating a sustainable and profitable business through internet affiliate marketing. On the whole, Wealthy Affiliate is about providing three factors, which are, relevant knowledge, helpful tools, and constant support.
Online, the amount of knowledge you have is directly proportional to your earning potential and Wealthy Affiliate, knowing this, offers hours upon hours of reading and video material to help you come to grips with how everything works until you are well versed in all the leading strategies. Furthermore these strategies are always being updated, refined and discussed as the internet climate continues to evolved.
There are many tools at this university but perhaps the most essential one is Site Rubix, the easy to use website builder. Having your own webpage has now become more important than ever since the latest Google crackdown, and with Site Rubix it couldn’t be easier. In my time at Wealthy Affiliate, the worst thing I encountered was when a few members would embellish their success to the new sign-ups so that they would buy their product out of fear of failing. Luckily though, compared to other forums, this spamming is kept to a minimum, and everyone is allowed to prosper in peace.
Other minor things include members complaining about lack of sales. If you thought that joining Wealthy Affiliate entitles you hundreds of dollars a day then you would be quite wrong. A sustainable income online will only be achieved if you implement their teachings and only then will you reap the rewards.
If are interested in learning more, there are a few sites that provide free Wealthy Affiliate tutorials. These will allow you to sample just exactly what is taught to its members to succeed online.
